Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient of age group between 14-25 years 2.Patient having regular menses 3.Patient full filling the criteria of Udavartini yonivyapada(Primary Dysmenorrhea)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient havin pelvic inflammatory disease 2.patient taking harmonal thearapy 3.patient having anatomical or uterine pathology 4.Congenital anamolies of Reproductive system 5.Polycystic Ovarian Disease

To study the effect of Chaturbeeja Churna in the management of Udavartini yonivyapada with special refrence to Primary dysmenorrheaTimepoint: 6gm Chaturbeeja Churna orally twice daily with koshnajala before meal from 1st to 5th day of menses for 2 consecutive cycle
