Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years 2. Confirmed diagnosis of glioma (according to the 2021 World Health Organization Classification of Tumors of the CNS [30]); 3. Eligibility for radiotherapy 4. Recently undergone tumor resection 5. Those who are willing to voluntarily participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. more than 2 brain lesions; 2. Psychological or psychiatric illness & under pharmacological treatment 3. Presence of other neurological disorders (e.g., multiple sclerosis, Parkinson s disease) 4. Significant clinical circulatory failure (New York Heart Association scale, stage III or IV).
