Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Level of skill will be defined as recreational and competitive inline skaters. 2. Recreational Inline skaters will be defined as those who have no competition experience. 3. Competitive Inline skaters will be defined as those who have more than 2 year of competition experience. 4. Participants who are trained for at least 1 hour a day for 2 to 3 days per week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who have existing musculoskeletal, neurologic and other medical conditions that restrict their participation. 2. History of any spine or lower limb injuries/surgeries in the last 6 months. 3. Any diagnosed congenital orthopedic deformity. 4. Diagnosed vestibular or balance disorder. 5. Participants who practice/train for other sports.

MeasureTime frame
1.Power in Inline Skaters will be assessed by Vertical Jump Test. 2.Agility will be assessed by Agility T-Test. 3.Dynamic Balance will be assessed by Y- Balance test. 4. Skating Performance will be assessed by Inline Skating Skill Test.Timepoint: 1.Power in Inline Skaters will be assessed on Day 1. 2.Agility will be assessed on Day 1. 3.Dynamic Balance will be assessed on Day 1. 4. Skating Performance will be assessed on Day 1.
