Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Agricultural workers actively engaged in farming related activities planting harvesting weeding livestock handling Age 40 to 80 years Minimum work experience of 6 months to 1 year in agriculture Both male and female workers Workers involved in manual or mechanized farming Willing to provide informed consent Able to understand and respond to questionnaires interviews

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have a history of major trauma eg fractures spinal injuries unrelated to farming Have congenital musculoskeletal deformities Have diagnosed neurological disorders affecting movement or sensation Have recent surgery within last 6 12 months Have systemic inflammatory conditions Are currently on long term bed rest or unable to perform agricultural work Have musculoskeletal pain primarily due to non occupational causes
