Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.recreational players. 2.minimum 2 years of regular badminton training more than 3 times in a week. 3. Positive Scapular Dyskinesis Test. 4. NPRS is in between 4-6/10. 5. Shoulder pain or functional limitation affecting performance more than 3 week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.history of shoulder surgeries, trauma, fracture, 2.shoulder musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. 3.systemic inflammatory conditions 4.previously took physiotherapeutic treatment for shoulder.

1. Numeric Pain Rating Scale 2. Scapular Dyskinesis Test 3. Active Range of Motion Timepoint: Measured at baseline, 8th day of treatment and 18th day of treatment.
