Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Amenorrhea of more than one year presence of any of these symptoms like hot flashes palpitation sleep disturbance anxiety depressive mood

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known systemic, endocrine diseases and malignancy On Treatment Of HRT for last two months.
