Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Both male and female patients will be randomly selected without any bias of Social, Educational, Religious and Economic status 2 Patient previously diagnosed as IHD 3 Patient not willing for any kind of cardiac surgery . 4 Patient with mild to moderate chest pain 5 Mild to moderate Hypertension 6 Mild to moderate dyspnea 7 History of stable angina 8 Patient having palpitations 9 Patient with Diabetes Mellitus
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient below 30 yrs, and above 60 yrs. 2 Acute case of MI 3 Unstable Angina 4 Congenital Heart Disease, Vulvular Heart Disease 5 Endocarditis, Myocarditis, Pericarditis 6 Patient complaining chest pain without cardiac cause 7 Any type of Autoimmune disorder 8 Patients who are not willing to come under trial or give consent. 9 History of or presence of Type 1 DM 10 Presence of any other form of chronic liver disease, Kidney disease, Asthma. 11 History of any major surgery within six months. 12 Any malignant neoplasia. 13 Creatinine level more than 1.2 mg per dl and urea level more than 40 mg per dl. 14 Uncontrolled Type 2 DM 15 More than 90 percent blockage of coronary artery
