Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients between 18 to 60 years of age group. 2.Patients presenting with Pratyatma lakshana of Vishwachi. 3.Patients presenting with symptoms of Cervical Spondylosis. 4.Patient will be selected irrespective of caste, religion, colour and socio-economical background.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patient below 18 years and above 60 years 2.Other the systemic disorders which will interfere with the course of treatment. 3.Patients with traumatic injury of cervical spine. 4.Patients suffering from neoplastic and infective disorders. 5.Pregnant and lactating mothers. 6.Diabetic Patients

1.Improvement of Ruka(Pain in Neck and Upper Extremity),Stambha(Stiffness),Karmakshaya(Restricted Movement)etc by Digital X Ray of Cervical Spine AP & Lateral View,CBC,FBS, Uric Acid, RA Factor, CRP.Timepoint: At Baseline and after treatment of 2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks.

Neck pain & disability will be assessed through Neck Disability Index Angle of the Hand will be assessed through Goniometer Grasping Power will be assessed through Dynamometer Timepoint: At Baseline & after treatment of 2 weeks,4 weeks & 6 weeks.
