Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with periodontitis requiring open flap debridement in minimum 3 sites. Pocket probing depth (PPD) more than 4 mm in more than 30% sites.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with any uncontrolled systemic disease that may affect treatment. Pregnant / lactating mothers. Presence of orthodontic or any other removable appliance. Smokers and alcohol abusers. Presence of any drug related allergies that would impair wound healing.
