Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Selection of patient will be done irrespective of sex, religion, occupation and socio economic status. 2. Patient with classical signs and symptoms of frozen shoulder. 3. Patient between age group of 20 and 80 years. 4. Patients with controlled diabetes mellitus. 5. Patients fit for Siravedha.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with acute traumatic disorders of shoulder joint just like rotator cuff injury, subluxations of recurrent dislocations of the shoulder joints. 2. Patients suffering from arthritis like osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis. 3. Immunocompromised patients such as HIV, HbsAg patients. 4. Patients suffering from haemophilia, antiphospholipid syndrome, ITP.

To study the efficacy of siravedha in avbahuka with special reference to frozen shoulder.Timepoint: 7th, 15th, 21st, 30th day.
