Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI range 30 to 34.9 kg per metre square classified as type 1 obese BMD T SCORE -2.5 or below Able to walk independently without assistive devices

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI Range greater than 34.9 kg per metre square BMD T SCORE above than -2.5 Severe musculoskeletal disorders limiting mobility such as advanced osteoarthritis or severe scoliosis Neurological conditions affecting balance and gait such as Parkinson disease or stroke Severe cardiovascular conditions that restrict physical activity
