Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.BMI-18-25 2.ASA 1,2 and 3 3.Patients willing to participate in the study 4.Duration of surgery under Gerneral anesthesia less than 2hrs 5.Preoperative spo2-98-100 percent on Room air

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Lack of valid informed written consent 2.ASA GRADE 4 3.BMImore than 25 4.Patients with bleeding disorders 5.Patients on anticoagulants 6.Allergies to food and drugs 7.Patients with cardiac,renal,hepatic and respiratory co-morbidities

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that Sugammadex at the recommended dose of 2mg/kg will result in a faster and complete reversal(TOF-0.9) of vecuronium-induced neuromuscular blockade , compared to a fixed dose of 100mg, with no instances of residual blockade, comparable safety profiles and adverse events.Timepoint: Assessment will be done at 2 hours.
