Intervention1: Sperm cryopreservation using vitrification technique: Sperm samples will be cryopreserved using the vitrification technique. Semen samples will be processed and mixed with vitrification

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 25-45yrs 2.BMI 18-30Kg/m 3.Married for less than 1 years 4.Normozoospermia patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.PESA/TESA 2.coitus interruptus 3.vibrator collection 4.Retrograde ejaculate 5.On any antidepressant medication 6.oncology HIV, HbsAG ,HCV, VDRL. Patients who are not willing to participate in this study.
