Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals of either sex aged between 18 to 70 years. Individuals presenting with classical signs and symptoms of Anurjatajanya Shwasa as per Ayurvedic texts Diagnosed and confirmed cases of Allergic Asthma. Patients with mild to moderate Allergic Asthma.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Mahashwasa , Urdhvashwasa , or Chinnashwasa . Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of malignancy. Patients with existing cardiac disorders. Diagnosed case of Diabetes mellitus . Patients suffering from any other systemic illness. Any condition deemed by the principal investigator to potentially compromise the integrity or outcomes of the study.
