Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescents Age group between 10 to 19 years. Patients with all gender Scores indicating moderate to high peer pressure as assessed using the Peer Pressure Short Questionnaire (PPSQ) Scores indicating mild to severe levels of depression, anxiety, and/or stress as per the DASS-42 scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe psychiatric disorders diagnosed with bipolar disorder, psychosis, schizophrenia, or under psychiatric medication. Adolescents with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders or other significant neurological impairments. Chronic medical illnesses requiring regular medications that may interfere with psychological assessment.
