Inclusion criteria: Meditators with minimum ten years of experience in Brahmakumaris meditation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with any diagnosed psychological disorders Subjects currently taking any medications Subjects with any health conditions affecting overall well-being.
