Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: consent for spinal anaesthesia age 18 to 60 years ASA physical status I and II ELective infraumbilical surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal and pt age less than 18 years and more than 60 years pt with spinr deformities ASA physical status III and IV Drug allergy patients
