Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male students aged 18 25 years Clinically diagnosed with lumbar hyper lordosis confirmed via inclinometer measurement Willing to participate in the full duration of the exercise intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of spinal surgery or structural spinal deformities Presence of neurological deficits or diagnosed disc herniation musculoskeletal injuries affecting the lower limbs or pelvis
