Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient should be able to give written informed consent. Patients should be in the age group of (18 - 65 years) Patient should be married Patients should be in full remission clinically according to ICD 11 and symptomatic remission criteria according to PANSS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients or Relatives who refused consent for the study Patients without proper key informant Patients having co-morbid organicity like neurological disorders , substance dependence and other psychiatric disorders Patients or informants who were not able to communicate verbally
