Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 20 40 years diagnosed with infertility. 2. Men aged 25-40 years diagnosed with infertility 3. Participants willing to provide informed consent and cooperate for assessment based on Ayurvedic parameters.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with known structural or congenital abnormalities of the reproductive system like M llerian agenesis (MRKH syndrome), Septate uterus, Bicornuate uterus, Uterine didelphys, Congenital tubal blockage, Asherman s syndrome, Cervical stenosis, Congenital adrenal hyperplasia (affecting reproductive tract) 2. Men with Congenital bilateral absence of vas deferens (CBAVD), Hypospadias, Epispadias, Cryptorchidism, Severe varicocele with testicular atrophy, Y-chromosome microdeletions, Klinefelter syndrome (47, XXY) 3. Patients with a history of major psychiatric illness or cognitive disorders that may impair their ability to recall or report lifestyle patterns reliably.
