Intervention1: Group A Motor imagery training with balance training: perform motor imagine training by freely imaging movements with help of some visual and auditory cues for the first 15- 20 min aft

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subjects aged between20-55 years able to stand and maintain standing balance BBS greater than 24 Having sufficient cognitive ability to follow instructions [MMSE score greater than 22 or higher] History of clinical presentation of stroke [ AIS or AHS ] No previous gait related training interventions Possible independent gait over 10 m [with or without usual assistance ] Both male and female participants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of any other comorbidities or disabilities other than stroke No balance impairment other than stroke like parkinsons disease vestibular disorders etc Sensory impairment proprioception deficit unstable medical conditions HTN , unstable angina or severe respiratory disorders cognitive impairment MMSE less than 22 subjects with age greater than 55 years increased risk of fall

Berg balance scaleTimepoint: Berg balance scale measured at pre test immediately and post test value by the end of 6th week
