Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1Willingness to participate in the study and provide informed consent. 2 Male and female patients between the ages of 20 60 years. 3 Patients with hypothyroidism with TSH levels ranging from 5 mlU/L- 25 mlU/L

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women Grade 2 and grade 3 Hypertension according to European society of hypertension guidelines 2023. Presence of any other serious medical condition that may interfere with study participation Patients doing substance abuse like alcohol etc. Patients having significant depression and other medical serious systemic diseases like cancer, tuberculosis etc diagnosed case of Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD).

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome of the study will be the change in TSH levels from baseline to the end of the treatment period.Timepoint: The primary outcome of the study will be the change in TSH levels from baseline to the end of the treatment period.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in the serum T3 and T4 levels. Changes in the intensity of the symptoms associated with hypothyroidism comparative effect of Acupuncture. Timepoint: Evaluation of its impact on serum T3 and T4 levels, as well as changes in clinical symptoms. Any adverse events will be monitored and documented throughout the study period.
