Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Ruk (pain during menstruation), 2.Krucchena Rajah Vimuchyate (expulsion of blood with difficulty, scanty menses with severe pain), 3.Anila Vedana (any kind of Vatika pain such as backache, headache, lower abdominal pain, backpain radiating to lower limbs, calf muscles cramps) 4.Kapha Rupa Artava (menstrual blood with Kapha Dosha dominancy such as clotting, thick or light in colour) 5.Participants having relief in pain after expulsion of menstrual blood within 2 days of menses. (Artave Sa Vimukte Tu Tatkshanam Labhte Sukham)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Irregular menses, History of major gynecological disease, Females under sleep medication and hormonal therapy, Chronic systemic illness, Pregnant and lactating women
