Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed cases of primary hypothyroidism Patients willing to give written informed consent Diagnosis confirmed by Zulewski clinical score and Thyroid Symptom Questionnaire Serum TSH value more than 4.5 mIU per L Total serum T3 and T4 values below or within normal laboratory range Total T3 range 0.83 to 2.00 ng per mL Total T4 range 52 to 127 nmol per L

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of thyroid surgery Hashimoto thyroiditis Immunocompromised conditions Active infectious diseases such as tuberculosis or hepatitis B Pregnant or lactating women Participation in any other clinical trial within the last two months Congenital hypothyroidism Secondary hypothyroidism

To evaluate changes in serum T3, T4, and TSH levels and improvement in clinical symptoms of hypothyroidism in patients after intervention with Brahmi extractTimepoint: Serum T3, T4, and TSH will be assessed at baseline and at Visit 4, while clinical symptom assessment will be done at baseline and during Visit 1,Visit 2, Visit 3 and Visit 4.
