Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients willing to participate and ready to give written and informed consent. 2 Patients falling under the American Society of Anesthesiologists (Physical Status) grade-I and grade II. 3 Only female patients aged between 18-40 years. 4 Patients suffering from fissure in Ano. 5 Patients who have received Lumbar Sub Arachnoid Block with 0.5 percent Bupivacaine Heavy in dose of 0.3 mg per kg body weight.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients not willing for trial. 2 HIV and HBsAg positive patients. 3 Pregnant and lactating women.
