Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Lactating mothers aged between 20 to 35 years. 2.Mothers from 1-3 months of postpartum. 3.Subjects willing to participate in the study and ready to sign in the written consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects who were not willing to participate. 2.Subjects who are under galactogogue medication. 3.Subjects below 1 month and above 3 months of postpartum. 4.Mothers diagnosed with gestational diabetes, breast abscess or systematic disease.
