Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Semen samples collected after two to seven days of abstinence. 2.Samples with sperm concentration 15 million per millilitre or more. 3.Samples with total motility including progressive and non progressive motility 42 percent or more before cryopreservation. 4.Normally liquefied semen samples. 5.Samples cryopreserved using a standard protocol and stored in liquid nitrogen.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Azoospermia samples 2.Severe oligozoospermia (Less than 5 million/mL) 3.Severe asthenozoospermia before freezing 4.Necrozoospermia or abnormal liquefaction 5.Samples subjected to repeated freeze thaw cycles 6.Samples with contamination or infection
