Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with age group of 30-70 years of irrespective of gender and religion will be selected. Subjects fulfilling any one or more lakshanas like Vedana, Daha, Suptata, Dourbalya, Chumchumayana and Sparshagnatva. Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus (IDDM) and Non- Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus (NIDDM) with peripheral neuropathy, both fresh and treated patients are included. Subjects fulfilling the parameter, Michigan Neuropathy Screening Instrument (MNSI). Subjects who are willing to sign consent form voluntarily

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects belonging to the age group of below 30 years and above 70 years of irrespective of gender and religion will be excluded. Subjects with other causes of polyneuropathy other than diabetes. Pregnant and lactating women. Subjects under infectious disease, healing or non- healing ulcers of foot. Any systemic illness that can interfere with course of treatment will be excluded.
