Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. From each PSU, 14 Never-married Adolescent girls aged 12-14 years, only in phase 1 and 12 Adolescent girls aged 15-18 years both in phase 1 and phase 2, using separate sampling frames, will be selected from each of the 40 primary sampling units after a household enumeration using systematic random sampling, stratified by age. 2.32 Ever-married women of 15-29 years will be selected from each of the 40 primary sampling units after a household enumeration using systematic random sampling, stratified by age. 3.The sample for the husbands will be selected from 15 PSUs (the first 15 PSUs in the selected list of 40 PSUs), and from each PSU, 10 participants will be selected after a household enumeration using systematic random sampling, stratified by age. 4. 16 children aged 12-24 months will be selected from each of the 40 primary sampling units after a household enumeration using systematic random sampling, stratified by age. 5. For qualitative studies- family members, Secondary stakeholders like ASHA, Anganwadi workers, ICDS Supervisors, Child development and protection officers, District reproductive and child health, District Family Welfare officer, Deputy director child health, Director child development in the state

Exclusion criteria: for adolescent girls who are ever-married and visitors for all groups
