Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willing to participate, mid-level athletes with a minimum of 2 years of competitive basketball experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no neurological issues, athletes taking any sort of medications other than the multivitamins, athletes not willing to sign the consent form.
