Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Reproductive women of age group 18-45 years and willing to enroll in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Women diagnosed with severe gynaecological disorders (Adenomyosis, Endometriosis, fibroids etc.) 2.History of chronic endocrine disorder (DM,HTN,Thyroid) 3.On hormonal therapy or insulin sensitizers in past 3 months. 4.Pre menopausal women. 5.Pregnant and lactating women

A validated, reliable Ayurvedic Assessment Scale for PMS with defined Parameters as per Tridosha-Saptadhatu-Trimala (Kshaya-Vriddhi), Srotodushti and Manas Bhava.Timepoint: at baseline.
