Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient diagnosed with low anal fistula will be included in study. Patient diagnosed with single tract fistula. Patients of both sex between the age group of 20 60 years. Patients of fistulous tract in ano within 6cm length.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic diseases like diabetes milltius, hypertension, AIDS, Tuberculosis, carcinoma, ulcerative colitis, and any ano-rectal malignancies. Patients with high anal fistula and multiple track will be excluded. Pregnant women and lactating women.
