Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of age group 18 to 60 years irrespective of caste, gender and socio economic status. 2.patients of classical vataja kasa symptoms. 3.patients having increased AEC in peripheral blood smear.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients of age group below 18 years and above 60 years. 2.All other varieties of kasa other than vataja kasa. 3.Vataja kasa associated with any other medical emergencies. 4.Vataja kasa along with diseases such as diabetes mellitus, carcinoma of bronchus, pulmonary tuberculosis, pleurisy, pneumonia. 5.Pregnant and lactating women.

Improvement in clinical symptoms subjective and objective- hrith shoola, parshwa shoola, shira shoola, ura shoola, swara bheda, shushka kasa,shushka kantha, shushka alpa kapha, prasakta vega, bala kshaya.Timepoint: on 7th day and 15th day assessment will be taken about improvement in clinical symptoms subjective and objective- hrith shoola, parshwa shoola, shira shoola, ura shoola, swara bheda, shushka kasa,shushka kantha, shushka alpa kapha, prasakta vega, bala kshaya.

Improvement in overall signs and symptoms of vataja kasa.Timepoint: Patients will be assessed on 7th and final assessement on 15th day.
