Inclusion criteria: Age 18-30 Experience of at least 2 years No major lower limb injury Male and Female Physically fit individuals Psychologically well being

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age Below 18 and above 30 Experience less than 2 years Any major lower limb injury Any diagnosed medical issues Any diagnosed systemic issues Pregnancy
