Intervention1: Renal Rehabilitation: Aerobic Training - for 40 mins including warm up and cool down
Resistance training - Strengthening of large group muscles with free weights, 1 set of 10 repetition

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Conscious level preserved17 Age- 18 65 years29 Both Males & Females Patients with GFR equal or less than 60ml/min/1.73m2 for 3 consecutive months Stage 3 to 5 of CKD
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncooperative Patient 2. Recent fractures 3. Uncontrolled HTN, blood pressure more than180/110 mmHg or less than 80/60 mmHg 4. Patients with obstructive lung disease, pleural effusion, cardiomegaly, heart failure, coronary heart disease, history of pneumothorax, thoracic or abdominal surgery in the last six months
