Interventions

Intervention1: Renal Rehabilitation: Aerobic Training - for 40 mins including warm up and cool down Resistance training - Strengthening of large group muscles with free weights, 1 set of 10 repetition

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Conscious level preserved17 Age- 18 65 years29 Both Males & Females Patients with GFR equal or less than 60ml/min/1.73m2 for 3 consecutive months Stage 3 to 5 of CKD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncooperative Patient 2. Recent fractures 3. Uncontrolled HTN, blood pressure more than180/110 mmHg or less than 80/60 mmHg 4. Patients with obstructive lung disease, pleural effusion, cardiomegaly, heart failure, coronary heart disease, history of pneumothorax, thoracic or abdominal surgery in the last six months

1. Pulmonary Function Tests: By SP 10 BT FEV, FEV1, FEV/FEV1 ratio 2. 6 Minute Walk test: Distance walked, VO2 Max, RPE, PR, SPO2. 3. Daily Fatigue Impact Scale Timepoint: Baseline and ater 12 weeks
