Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Age Range : Above 60 years of age with appropriate consent b) Gender: All sexes c) Persons Suffering from moderate to severe fatigue either physical or mental or both for more than 6 months and improved with homoeopathic medicine as assessed through MYMOP scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients on long term antidepressant or antipsychotic medicines such as benzodiazepines which may cause or increase fatigue.
