Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: participants showing high scores on DES-II scale, participants currently enrolled as UG and PG university students

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: participants diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder, participants having any physical disability that may interfere with participation, participants currently receiving psychotherapeutic interventions targeting dissociation and emotional dysregulation
