Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 20-55 years. 2.Missing any 2 mandibular posterior teeth. 3.Adequate bone for the placement of conventional implants without the requirement of grafting . 4.Patients with good systemic health. 5.Patient having good oral hygiene and good compliance to the treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients under bisphosphonates corticosteroid therapy chemotherapy localized radiotherapy of the oral cavity were not included. 2.Patients with poor oral hygiene. 3.Para functional habits were excluded. 4.Patients with mucocutaneous lesions immunosuppression or any systemic diseases who have been contraindicated for any surgical procedures will not included. 5.Patients consuming excessive alcohol and or who smoke.
