Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Weight 10 to 20kgs ASA 1 and 2 Selected for elective surgeries
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Difficult airway 2 BMI more than 95th percentile for the age 3 History of recent airway infection 4 Risk or history of Aspiration syndrome 5 Refusal to consent by parents/guardians
