Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with age group 18 to 40 years with moderate to severe atrophic acne scars according to Goodman and Barons acne scar grading scale 2.Fitzpatrick skin type III to V
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.history of keloid formation 2.use of oral isotretinoin within preceding 6 months 3.any active inflammation 4.diabetes 5.connective tissue disorder 6. HIV, HBV, herpes infections 7. bleeding diathesis 8. laser skin resurfacing within preceeding 12 months 9. pregnancy or in lactating period
