Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 60 to 80 years 2.Clinical features such as fatigue, hyperpigmentation, cognitive problem, burning sensation in palm/soles, glossitis. 3.Serum Vitamin B12 less than 300pg/ml 4.Who is willing to sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age less than 60 years 2.Under Vitamin supplementation 3.Known case of pernicious anaemia, Crohn s disease, gastrectomy, gastric bypass, positive AIF, worm infestations. 4.Lactose intolerance 5.Drug and alcohol dependence
