Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women presenting to Dr. RML Hospital Between 18-35 years of age, Between 16-20 weeks gestation, Singleton live pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic hypertension, SLE, APLA, Diabetes in pregnancy, Quadruple marker test - high risk for aneuploidy, Known aneuploidy or gross congenital malformation, Pregnant women who have undergone Combined First Trimester Screening
