Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Adults aged 25-40 years who cycle regularly (at least three times per week for an average of 2 kms) 2 Males and females both genders 3 Individuals who can consent and participate in biomechanical assessments 4 Participants should be free from any acute pain during physical activity
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Individuals with current knee pain, hip pain or ankle pain affecting cycling 2 Individuals with any chronic conditions such as diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, or neurological disorders that may influence foot pressure distribution or overall physical performance 3 Those who use specialized equipment (eg, recumbent bikes) that may skew biomechanical analysis 4 Athletes currently undergoing rehabilitation for lower limb injuries 5 Use of medications that may alter muscle function or pain perception, such as analgesics or muscle relaxants, at the time of the study
