Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those fulfilling diagnostic criteria with classical features of DustaVrana Patient aged between 18-60 years of either gender Ulcers graded 1 and 2 according to Wagner s classification that is Grade 1: Superficial ulcer Grade 2: Ulcer extending to subcutaneous tissue,possibly exposing soft tissues or bone. Venous ulcers graded C6 and C6r according to CEAP Classification that is C6 Skin changes with active venous ulcer C6r Recurrent active venous ulcer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Ulcer graded 3 4 and 5 according to Wagner s classification that is Grade 3- Ulcers with cellulitis abscess formation or osteomyelitis Grade 4- Gangrene of part of the tissues or foot or affected limb Grade 5- Gangrene of entire one area or foot Patients suffering from systemic disorders like uncontrolled Diabetes milletus Hypertension Tuberculosis Malignant ulcers HIV HBsAg positive status Patients with DVT and other arterial diseases
