Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: School students aged 12 to 15 years. Students who use mobile phones regularly. Students willing to participate and provide consent. Students without chronic neck pain or discomfort.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Students with hand injuries, deformities, and neuromuscular disorders. Students with visual or cognitive impairments affecting handwriting. Students with chronic neck pain or musculoskeletal disorders. Students unwilling to participate in the study.
