Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients attending SMBT Hospital during the study period Patients belonging to a rural background Age more than 18 years Both male and female patients Patients who are willing to participate and provide informed consent Patients who are medically stable and able to respond to the questionnaire interview

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients from an urban background Patients who are critically ill or medically unstable Patients with severe cognitive impairment psychiatric illness or communication difficulties that prevent reliable responses Patients who refuse to participate or do not give informed consent Healthcare professionals or physiotherapy students staff
