Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants who can understand Hindi language BMI -18.5 to 29.9 kg/m2 Not involved in any kind of recreational or sports activities since last 6 months Non-smokers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any surgery or any kind of diseases Chronic sleep disorder Presently taking medications Pregnant or lactating women
