Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants Scoring more than 40 in the Clance Imposter Phenomenon Scale 2. Participants with Scoring more than 41 in both the Standards subscale and Discrepancy subscale of Almost Perfect Scale Revised 3. Students currently enrolled in university 4. Aged 18 to 25 years of age 5. Able to read write comprehend and speak English language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Students pursuing their compulsory rotatory internship training 2. Undergoing other psychiatric or psychological interventions 3. Current or past diagnosis of severe psychiatric disorders 4. Medical, neurological or orthopaedic conditions that may preclude safe participation.
