Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects with age group of 18 TO 70 years irrespective of religion and sex will be selected Subjects falling under category of Pre Hypertension and Stage I without underlying complication according to JNC VIII guidelines of Hypertension Fresh cases and patients on medication Freshly detected Already diagnosed but discontinued the medication voluntarily Patients on antihypertensive medication Both symptomatic and asymptomatic patients Hypertensive patients with well controlled diabetes are included Subjects who are ready to sign the consent form voluntarily are included in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Stage II hypertension Any systemic illness that can interfere with the course of treatment will be excluded Pregnant and lactating women Subjects under corticosteroid medications Subjects having history of myocardial infarction stroke
