Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreational male football players between the age of 15 to 25 years Recreational male football players practising for at-least 2 days a week Recreational male football players training for at-least 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recreational football players who are injured in the last 6 months Recreational football players who does not recover from their previous injury Recreational football players who does complete the rehabilitation of their previous injury • Recreational football players suffering from a condition that would prevent them from participating in the training • Professional football players are being excluded from this study
